THE FULL STORY

 

I competed in Eisteddfod's and competitions since the age of 4. I play netball and hockey for my school and my extra mural activities include Swimming, Ballet, Modern Dancing, Singing, Keyboard, Modelling, Acting and Drama lessons.

​

I love singing and sometimes make up my own songs as I go along. I’m also using my love for music and singing to calm myself down in stressful situations. I wrote and recorded my first debut single called “High Five”. It will be released January 2021 in Los Angeles, US during the IMTA2021 Hollywood convention.  

​

My love for the stage and entertaining people started at a very young age. Before I started with Eisteddfods and music shows, I made our coffee table in the center of our house my stage and there I entertained many of our guests and family for hours.

​

My biggest dream is to star in a TV show or on Theatre where I can entertain people with singing, dancing and acting. I’m ready to take on the performing arts industry. I know as long as I enjoy performing, singing, acting, dancing and modelling my family will support me and become my greatest fans.

Chrissy J de Beer  ( born, 11 July 2011)  is a South African born model, actress, singer and dancer .

In November 2020 Chrissy j de Beer wrote and recorded her first Debut Single, High Five; in collaboration with 33andMe Talent Agency and River Road Records.

Her song, High Five inspired by the Pandemic and Lockdown, not being able to see her friends. Chrissy’s new upbeat Pop song became an anthem of hope, encouraging and uplifting children affected by the pandemic all over the world. 

​

The song High Five, by Chrissy j de Beer was published and released on all major distribution channels early in 2021

​

She is currently working on her second song which promises to reach new heights and encourage young individuals like her self, to never give up hope !

AMBITIOUS AND HARD WORKING SOUTH AFRICAN YOUNGSTER REACHES GLOBAL STARDOM!

Chrissy j de Beer, has secured her international stardom when she performed for Joey Hunter for IMTA (International Model and Talent Association) and independent casting director at Tyler Perry Studios. 

​

Straight after this performance she received an invitation to 

attend the IMTA 2020 in New York City for an international panel of agents, record labels, casting directors, managers and producers from Hollywood, Miami, New York City and Atlanta 

​

HER WORLD - CLASS PERFORMANCE, HARD WORK AND AMBITION SECURED HER INTERNATIONAL SUCCESS.

Chrissy was selected to attend the 2020 IMTA competition in New York City. She took  part in not only one, but five categories: Singing, dancing, acting and modelling. 

​

The International Modelling & Talent Association (IMTA) is the place where the world’s top model and talent agents, managers and casting directors come to find new faces.

​

Due to the Pandemic hitting, the IMTA was postponed and a virtual talent show took place in New York in July 2021.

The Virtual Talent show was hosted in Johannesburg by 33andMe with Elsubie Verlinden 

​

Chrissy achieved International fame when she received 8 call backs from the 2021 IMTA virtual Showcase and secured international contracts which will  be established when she will visit America in 2022

​

CHRISSY SUCCESS STORY AND EXPERIENCE 

​

Chrissy presented her international success story on Its Arts Africa and has been trained by professionals in the industry including Nate Butler, ( producer for Americas got Talent and the X factor ) Joey Zangardi-Dixon, Roger del Pozo, from the New York Film Academy, Elsubie Verlinden and Blaze Johnson, from The Voice America.

 

Chrissy also worked with local South African singing sensations and talent including Samantha Leonard, Anaias’, Gino-Lee from River Road Records, Elsubie Verlinden TV Host and Director of 33andMe and Gabby de Gama starring in the new TV Series, Reika.

Thanks to her agent 33andMe, Chrissy will feature on the new TV Show Live your Dream on VIA TV channel 147

Live your Dream Tv Show is part of the South African Singer, Anais’ “Be Your Dream” campaign, which is aimed at encouraging young people to believe in themselves. The campaign also empowers people, especially the youth, to seek assistance when necessary, serving as an early intervention strategy towards promoting emotional wellness and thus saving and improving lives.

In the Midst of the pandemic, Chrissy proves that nothing will stop her from reaching for her dreams:

In 2021, as an aspiring dancer Chrissy received an award from the A.I.D.T ( Association of International Dancers ) for Modern Dance. 

​

Chrissy also features in the PPMC Modelling Magazine South Africa as a Rising and shining celebrity to look out for. She was nominated for the Miss Victorious finalist 2021 

​

She has been booked for various photoshoots including Chandra’s Bridal couture, one of the most luxurious bridal couture, bridal houses in South Africa. This specific Bridal shoot as a bridesmaid, secured Chrissy to feature in an International Fashion and Model Magazine, Pretty Little Poser. Chrissy was also awarded the Photogenic Face of the World, Top 5, 9-13 years Category.
